Countryside Estates

Countryside Estates is a housing subdivision located on the east side of the City along County Highway D. The area is being developed in a way to provide multiple types of housing from duplexes along 9th Street, to single family homes on 10th Street with future addition of Residential Estates on the back 20 acres along the woods. City water and sewer is currently available to some of the lots and will be expanded as needed along with adding roads to access new parcels as they are built on. Highway 29 Frontage land available

Two parks have been developed in the expanded City of Owen. Both having easy access to four-lane Highway 29. The City annexed the area and have added the water and sewer connections. Very progressive terms with the right businesses to work with.

On the north side of the Hwy 29 interchange is the approximately 38 acre East Side Commercial Park, with five proposed lots available for purchase. This can be surveyed to suit an approved buyer. Commercial business preferred but all would be considered.

On the south side of Hwy 29, the City has approximately 70 acres available in the 150 acre park dedicated to the growth of the regional agribusiness industry as well as market distribution of all types.
